Shipping Policy – Ivy Kingston

Shipping Area

This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

Ivy Kingston currently offers domestic shipping within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing and Delivery Time

We work hard to ensure that every order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (UTC-08:00). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time: 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday

Delivery time: 6–8 business days, Monday–Friday

Estimated total delivery time: 7–11 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly due to public holidays, extreme weather conditions, courier delays, or logistical disruptions beyond our control.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery issues, such as delays, lost packages, or damaged products, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kingston-ivy.com.

Our customer support team will assist you in resolving the issue and will do its best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Addresses or Failed Deliveries

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Ivy Kingston is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address details, such as spelling errors, missing apartment numbers, incorrect ZIP codes, or incomplete delivery information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping charges may apply.

Stolen or Missing Packages

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please take the following steps:

Check around the delivery location, including your mailbox, front door, porch, reception area, or with neighbors.

Verify the delivery status directly with the carrier using your tracking number.

If the package is still missing after 3 business days, please contact us at support@kingston-ivy.com and we will help you initiate an investigation with the carrier.

Please note that once a package has been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, Ivy Kingston is unable to issue a refund or replacement unless the carrier’s investigation determines otherwise.

Delivery Delay Disclaimer

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, high seasonal demand, customs-related delays for imported goods, or logistical disruptions may cause temporary delays.
